Finále will be presented for the third time in Holostřevy. The audience visit Holostřevy for its outstanding glamour of the baroque rectory, the mood of the great vaulted room with wood crackling in the stove and excellent movies. This time, the film weekend focuses on tramps and songsters.
„We would like to present the phenomenon of the Czech tramps and songsters from different points of view to try to find out what was (and maybe still is) the magic and power of it," says Robert „Elva" Frouz, the organizer of the „Screenings By The Stove" in Holostřevy.
Among others, the program will offer a tramp musical from 1969, a document from the sixties about one unrepeatable annual bonfire, Tomáš Hanák playing a tramp in the film story named Na brigádě, or a selectionfrom the Czech Television documentary series named Folk And Country Legends. On Saturdaymight, Béďa Röhrich - Šedifka will play and sing in Holostřevy. Corridors of the baroque rectory will embellished with an exhibition named Breakfast In The Grass presenting the history of the open-air mess.
